Before You Return Anything
- Please contact us by email or telephone before sending goods back.
- If you received the wrong item or placed an incorrect order, contacting us first helps speed up the solution.
- You have the right to return an item within 14 days of delivery (where applicable).
How to Return Goods
Step 1 – Provide Your Order Details
- Order number / invoice number
- Part number(s) and quantity
- Reason for return (unused / ordered incorrectly / faulty / warranty query)

Step 3 – Pack the goods securely
- Please return items unused, in original packaging where possible.
- Include the completed return form inside the parcel.
- Use protective packaging to avoid transit damage.

Refunds, Credits & Faulty Items
- Once received and inspected, we will confirm eligibility for refund, credit or exchange.
- If an item is faulty, please contact us with a brief fault description (and photos if helpful) so we can advise next steps.
- Items returned incomplete, used, damaged, or outside the return window may not be eligible for refund.
