The Role:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team in a customer-focused sales and support role. No prior engineering or mechanical experience is required—full training will be provided. The position offers excellent career progression opportunities, with the potential to advance into technical sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Processing customer orders as part of the initial training phase.
Responding to customer inquiries via email and phone, providing pricing and discount information.
Developing product knowledge to support customers with technical queries.
No outbound sales or cold calling required.
Requirements:
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Basic proficiency in mathematics and PC skills.
A proactive and customer-orientated approach.
Any experience in sales, customer service, electrical, pneumatic, engineering, or practical DIY is beneficial but not essential.
What We Offer:
Competitive salary: £24,000 – £30,000+ per year, based on experience.
Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (1-hour lunch break).
Monthly salary payments via PAYE with annual salary reviews.

Warehouse / Stores Operator

About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and detail-orientated Warehouse / Stores Operator to join our team. This role involves handling both inbound and outbound goods, ensuring efficient order processing and stock management. Over time, there is potential to gain additional responsibilities, including valve assembly and involvement in special customer projects, with opportunities for career progression into sales and other roles.
Key Responsibilities
Goods Out: Picking, checking, and packing orders for UK and international destinations (no forklift operation required).
Goods In: Receiving, processing, and restocking inventory.
Assisting with occasional valve assembly and customer-specific projects.
Ideal Candidate
Strong work ethic with a keen eye for detail.
Good communication skills and the ability to handle busy periods.
Basic computer skills are beneficial, but not essential (full training provided).

We are expanding our internal sales team and seeking a driven Internal Sales Professional with industry experience to help grow our business by proactively managing existing accounts and developing new customer relationships and markets.
The Role
As an Internal Sales Professional, you will play a key role in driving sales growth by following up on inbound leads, identifying new opportunities, and building strong relationships with both existing and potential customers. This is a proactive sales role —your focus will be on converting leads, grasping and maximising sales opportunities within our specialist market.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively follow up on sales inquiries, leads and E-commerce sales to convert them into orders.
Build and maintain relationships with existing customers.
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the solenoid, pneumatic, and actuated valve sector.
Prepare and send quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales.
Provide technical product advice and support to customers.
Work closely with the wider sales and technical teams to ensure excellent customer service.
Requirements
Proven sales experience in solenoid valves, pneumatic components, or actuated valves within the UK + EU market.
Strong commercial awareness and the ability to identify and capitalise on sales opportunities.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated with a proactive and results-driven approach.
Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple inquiries.
Basic computer proficiency (CRM, email, and sales tracking software experience beneficial).
