0
FKM Fluoro elastomer (Fluorocarbon) Viton® Dupont registered, known as Tecnoflon, Fluorel, Dai-El. Good for hot water, acid, alkali, oils, hydrocarbons and salt solutions, many aggressive chemicals, diluted acids, weak alkali's, mineral oils, aliphatic and aromatic hydrocarbons, chlorinated hydrocarbons, sunlight and ozone. -26°C to +205°C. Poor resistance to Ketone's and Acetone.
HNBR
0
HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile Butadine Rubber) also known as Therban, Zetpol or Tornac). Good for motor oils, sour gas, amine oil mixtures, oxidised fuels, lubricating oils, mineral based hydraulic oil, animal and vegetable oil, diesel fuel, ozone, dilute acids and bases, new bio-oils, H2S Hydrogen Sulphide and C02 carbon dioxide. -40°C to +150°C. Poor for concentrated alkali's, esters, alkyl phosphate, ethers, halogenated solvents, ketone's, halogenated hydrocarbons, solvents and flames.
Hypalon
0
Hypalon is a chlorosulfonated polyethylene (CSPE) synthetic rubber (CSM). Good for chemicals, ozone, ultraviolet light, oxidising agents, hot water, corrosive chemicals, low gas permeability, good electrical properties, low flammability. -35°C to +125°C. Poor to fair fuel resistance and its low temperature properties are generally limited.
NBR
0
NBR (Nitrile Buna Rubber) known as Nitrile Butadine, Buna-N, Hycar, Chemigum, Butakon, Breaon, Butacril, Paracil, Nipol, Perbunan, Krynac or Europrene-N. Good for Aliphatic Hydrocarbons, Petroleum, Fuels, Mineral Oil, Vegetable and Hydraulic Oil, Alcohol and many Acids. -35°C to +100°C. Poor for Ozone, Acetone, Methyl ethyl Ketone, Chlorinated Hydrocarbons, Ethers and Esters.
Neoprene
0
Neoprene known as CR or Chloroprene. Good resistance to Freon and ammonia, flames, excellent UV resistance, Ozone, oxygen and sunlight, tough, abrasion resistant and has a low compression set with an outstanding ability to adhere to metals. -20°C to +110°C.
PTFE (Teflon)
0
PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene) also known as Teflon® Dupont registered. Excellent resistance to almost every fluid or gas. -200°C to +230°C
Silicone
0
Silicone (VMQ) known as PVMQ, Silastic, Siloprene, Rhodorsil or Silplus. Good resistance to Oil, solvents, aniline alcohol, dilute acids or bases, benzene, toluene, petrol. -60°C to +230°C. Poor resistance Diesel, hot air, steam over 150 C, strong acids and bases.
VST
0
VST (Viton-Silicone-Teflon). Has enhanced chemical resistance compared to Viton, especially against aggressive chemicals like ketones, esters, and some organic acids. Combines the properties of Viton, silicone, and Teflon, offering improved flexibility, compression set resistance, and low-temperature performance compared to standard Viton. -40°C to 200°C

Operation
Assisted Lift
0
Assisted lift solenoid valve assists in opening against pressure, ensuring reliable operation from vacuum to medium pressure systems.
Pressure Assisted
0
Operate via pilot pressure control and require a minimum pressure difference between inlet and outlet from 0.5 Bar.
Options required
Degreased
0
Oil and grease removed typically for oxygen or paint spray use.
Manual Override
